I mean why would you spray your perfume on a brush first and then in your hair. You’re just not getting enough fragrance in your hair and why have they told you to put it on your brush first? So the alcohol or water doesn’t affect your hair. Take another section and repeat this process until you run out of hair to section. Then you can comb through ensuring even distribution throughout your hair. This provides even coverage.
